This division provides financial, M&A advisory and financing services for entrepreneurs and executives of private companies that may become public at some point in the future. Schwaben Capital Markets focuses primarily on private financings through private debt and equity. In order to avoid any conflicts of interest with Schwaben Investment Counsel, the Capital Markets division does not deal in public debt or equity financings.
